In a typical example, the project called for raw materials to be brought in, raised to a second floor; then transferred to a down flow booth for excipient dispensing. Drums were emptied into a dispensary for milling and sizing, possibly through an isolator, then lifted to a blender.
After mixing, product was brought to a specific suite for compression feeding and tableting. The used container was transferred to a holding room for washing, then moved to a holding area until the process starts again.
